Retail Head

As a Retail Head at the company, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute the retail growth strategy across India, focusing on exclusive brand outlets (EBOs) to ensure an exceptional customer experience aligned with the premium positioning. You will play a crucial role in driving performance and expanding the retail presence. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the retail growth roadmap for the brand, focusing on expansion and identifying new store locations in line with brand positioning. - Lead negotiations for lease agreements, space planning, and store design in collaboration with design & visual merchandising teams. - Set and achieve sales and profitability targets across the retail network, analyzing store performance and optimizing assortment and marketing efforts. - Implement SOPs to ensure a consistent customer experience, train store teams, and drive in-store CRM initiatives and loyalty programs. - Lead and inspire a team of Area Managers, Store Managers, and front-end staff, recruiting and training talent aligned with the brand's values. - Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising & Planning, Finance, HR, and Admin for retail campaigns, inventory management, budgeting, compliance, and team development. Qualifications Required: - MBA or Graduate Degree in Business/Retail Management or related fields. - 8-10 years of experience in retail, preferably in premium/luxury fashion, lifestyle, or accessories. - Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service. - Proven track record of driving store expansion and achieving sales targets. - Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with a passion for fashion and premium products.,
