Job Description

As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of 3040 retail outlets. Your main duties will include monitoring and maintaining high operational standards, customer service, and visual merchandising across all stores. You will play a crucial role in implementing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. In terms of Sales & Revenue Growth, you will be tasked with achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for all outlets. Your focus will be on driving store-level performance to maximize revenue and profitability. Analyzing sales reports, customer trends, and footfall data will be essential in strategizing business growth and identifying opportunities for improvement. Staff Management & Training will be a key aspect of your role, involving recruiting, training, and managing store managers and retail staff across all outlets. Monitoring performance, ensuring timely appraisals, and providing skill development training will help build a motivated and disciplined retail team. You will also oversee Stock & Inventory Control by coordinating with the warehouse and merchandising team to ensure optimum stock availability. Managing inventory movement, conducting stock audits, controlling shrinkage, and maintaining replenishment cycles will be critical in maintaining efficient operations. Customer Experience & Brand Representation are paramount in this role, as you will be responsible for ensuring uniform brand standards and providing high-quality customer service at all retail touchpoints. Handling customer escalations, gathering feedback for continuous service improvement, and representing the brand during seasonal peak periods will be part of your responsibilities. Store Expansion & New School Tie-ups will require you to identify new retail opportunities, plan store expansion in high-potential areas, and collaborate with the sales team to initiate tie-ups with new schools. Conducting feasibility studies and business analysis for new store openings will be essential in driving growth and market penetration. Monthly Audits & Reporting will involve conducting regular store audits to ensure compliance with performance, hygiene, and safety standards. Submitting MIS reports and business performance updates to senior management and implementing corrective action plans based on audit findings will be crucial for continuous improvement. Budgeting & Cost Control will be integral to your role, as you manage the retail budget, including manpower, operations, visual merchandising, and promotional activities. Optimizing operational costs while maintaining quality service will be key in achieving financial targets and operational efficiency. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring proficiency in English. Your work location will be in person, overseeing the retail operations with a focus on operational excellence, revenue growth, staff management, customer experience, expansion, audits, and cost control.,
