Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Inward Responsibilities: Handle incoming client inquiries (calls, emails, WhatsApp, or walk-ins). Record and process new orders from institutional and retail clients. Collect and verify client requirements like sizes, logo placement, color preferences, and quantity. Coordinate with the design, sampling, and production departments for timely updates. Maintain accurate records of client communications and documentation. Track approvals (samples, designs, fits) and ensure smooth follow-up. Handle client feedback and concerns with professionalism. Outward Responsibilities: Share order dispatch updates with clients, including invoice, tracking details, and delivery schedules. Provide clients with post-dispatch support (such as exchange/alteration follow-ups). Send regular updates to clients on order status, delays, or production schedules. Share catalogues, design options, and promotional offers. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business. Follow up for payments, advance collection, and balance dues.
