Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will be dedicated to building our Sales team. This role is not just about filling open positions – it’s about shaping the face of our company by hiring the right people who can drive growth.


You will be the first touchpoint for candidates, sharing the story of our company, explaining our product, and pitching the role with clarity and excitement. Every day, you’ll engage with 50+ new candidates, screen them based on our criteria, line up interviews with stakeholders, collect structured feedback, and ensure candidates are kept informed at all stages.


The role demands speed, ownership, and candidate obsession. We expect you to keep candidate satisfaction (NPS) high while juggling multiple requirements and ensuring the best talent joins our team.


Your Daily Responsibilities


Candidate Outreach & Engagement

  • Connect with 50+ new candidates every day through LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting.
  • Pitch the company, product, and role clearly to attract top Sales talent.
  • Maintain strong candidate communication to keep them engaged.

Screening & Shortlisting

  • Evaluate candidates against defined selection criteria (skills, experience, attitude).
  • Conduct structured screening calls to assess fit for Sales roles.
  • Share shortlisted profiles promptly with stakeholders.

Interview Coordination & Feedback

  • Schedule and manage interview processes with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Gather structured feedback after every interview and update candidates promptly.
  • Maintain transparency and speed in candidate communication.

Candidate Experience & Reporting

  • Keep candidate NPS high by ensuring smooth, respectful, and fast hiring experiences.
  • Maintain accurate hiring data and dashboards for reporting.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1–3 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably with a B2B SaaS Product company or hypergrowth startup or BFSI industry.
  • Sales Hiring Expertise: Must have experience hiring Sales teams (BDRs, SDRs, AEs, AMs).
  • Strong headhunting experience using LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to pitch roles with clarity and excitement.
  • Ability to manage high volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate-first mindset with proven ability to maintain high candidate satisfaction.
