Role Summary The CRM Product Implementation Specialist is a client-centric technical role responsible for ensuring successful deployment, configuration, and adoption of Superleap AI CRM for enterprise clients. You will act as the product subject matter expert (SME), bridging the gap between client requirements and technical execution. With a deep understanding of front-end, back-end, APIs, and webhooks in Sales CRM, you will design workflows, create requirement documents, and configure client-specific solutions. This role requires a strong balance of technical knowledge and client coordination skills, ensuring clients not only get a fully functional CRM but also receive guidance on best practices, customization, and long-term scalability. Your Daily Adventures Client Implementation & Customization Lead end-to-end CRM implementations for enterprise clients. Analyze client sales processes and convert them into requirement documents (BRD/FRD). Configure workflows, pipelines, roles, and automation on Superleap’s platform. Customize client processes using JavaScript and extend capabilities via APIs and webhooks. Ensure data migration, validation, and mapping align with best practices. Leverage low-code/no-code tools within Superleap to accelerate delivery. Client Engagement & Consulting Act as the primary technical liaison with client stakeholders during implementation. Conduct discovery workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into solutions. Recommend CRM best practices for sales processes, reporting, and integration. Provide ongoing consultation and support during client onboarding and adoption. Training & Documentation Create client-facing requirement documentation, playbooks, and process guides. Conduct training sessions for end-users, admins, and client technical teams. Enable client-side admins to perform basic configurations and customizations. Collaboration & Feedback Loop Work with Engineering & Product teams to translate client needs into roadmap inputs. Partner with Sales & Customer Success to support account growth and renewals. Share feedback and insights to continuously improve implementation methodology. What Do You Bring? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2–5 years of proven experience in implementing Sales CRM products Strong understanding of: - Frontend & Backend workflows in CRM systems. - APIs & webhooks for integrations. - Data structures & sales process automation. Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript for CRM front-end customizations. Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms is a plus. Strong client coordination and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to create requirement documents (BRD, FRD, Solution Design). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
