The world of cooking is skill-based, complex, and time-consuming. With the world advancing forward, we're still far behind when it comes to the way we solve for our food. So we thought, why not solve this? Nosh is an app-driven home cooking robot that cooks 120+ dishes such as all types of Curries, Sauted Vegetables, Pulao, Pastas, Sweets, etc. automatically. It uses artificial intelligence to ensure food consistency and taste is maintained.

NOSH is built by a team from ISB Hyderabad, BITS Pilani, and IISc Bangalore alumni; and consists of ex-entrepreneurs, early-stage members of companies, and strategists from startups such as AB InBev, Flipkart, Analog Devices, Broadcom, CRED and Unacademy.

We're a bunch of creators, dreamers, and doers with a knack for never taking no for an answer. We love to question the norm and find elegant solutions to complex problems. Venturing into spaces that have never been touched before requires a different breed of human beings; the kind that does not fit into a mold. We love discovering new ways to make life easier and while we're always all hands on board, we also are empathetic believers. We do not wait for solutions to arrive. Key Responsibilities:

1) Strategic talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels (tech, operations, marketing, etc.)
• Build and manage robust candidate pipelines for full-time, contract, and international roles
• Develop annual hiring plans in coordination with founders and department heads
• Oversee campus recruitment and strategic hiring from Tier 1 & Tier 2 institutions
• Manage relationships with recruitment partners, platforms, and agencies

2) Recruitment Operations and Compliance

• Own the recruitment process setup: ATS management, JD standardisation, interview tracking
• Ensure complete documentation for all hires—offer letters, background checks, NDAs, etc.
• Implement hiring policies, candidate evaluation frameworks, and audit-ready documentation

3) Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management

• Align closely with hiring managers to refine role definitions and hiring decisions
• Present hiring dashboards and reports to founders and leadership
• Drive alignment between recruitment goals and company growth roadmap.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably at high-growth startups or tech companies
• Strong sourcing and negotiation skills; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards
• Familiarity with HR compliance, hiring audits, and remote/international hiring practices
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-starter with a strategic mindset and bias for execution
