Job Title: Recruitment Manager (Recruitment + Operations)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

  (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding).
• Handle hiring for

  multiple domains

  including technical, non-technical, healthcare, finance, and support roles.
• Oversee daily

  recruitment operations

  , ensuring process adherence, timely closures, and quality deliverables.
• Work closely with leadership to understand workforce needs and align hiring strategies.
• Manage and mentor a small recruitment team; set targets and monitor performance.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring metrics.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and US client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and internal networks.
• Handle client/stakeholder communication during US shift timings.
  

Requirements

• 36 years of experience in

  recruitment + operations

  roles.
• Experience working in

  US shift

  and US hiring (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, ATS tools, and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments and meet hiring targets.
• Strong organizational and operational process skills.
