Recruitment Manager – Job Role & Responsibilities Job Role Overview A Recruitment Manager oversees the entire hiring process within an organization. Their primary responsibility is to attract, select, and hire qualified candidates while ensuring efficient recruitment strategies, smooth processes, and a strong employer brand. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies based on workforce needs. Forecast future hiring requirements in consultation with department heads. Design and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and quality. 2. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Manage sourcing through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and agencies. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical positions. Conduct job analysis to create accurate role descriptions and specifications. 3. Screening & Selection Oversee screening, shortlist candidates, and conduct interviews. Coordinate assessments, tests, and technical interviews with hiring managers. Ensure fair, unbiased, and professional selection procedures. 4. Team Leadership & Coordination Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team to meet hiring targets. Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide training when needed. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
