As an Associate Consultant/ Consultant / Senior Consultant at TD Newton, a boutique Executive Search firm specializing in retained search and contingency hiring services for global Banking and Financial Services and Technology Consulting Corporations, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Utilize your 5+ years of experience in direct recruiting, preferably within the Banking/Technology sectors, to work on mid and senior level mandates received from our prestigious clients. - Understand the Clients" Requirements for Various Technical and Functional Roles, and identify potential candidates who align with these requirements, facilitating the entire hiring process from search to joining. - Coordinate effectively with Client Recruiters/HR and Business Managers throughout the recruitment process. - Employ various search tools such as Job Sites, Social Networking platforms, internal and external Databases, and targeted headhunting to source desired profiles.
