Provide guidance to hiring managers on job descriptions and interview processes. 📊 Performance & ReportingTrack, measure, and report hiring metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, hiring conversion). Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. 💼 Employer BrandingStrengthen employer brand through social media campaigns, job fairs, and events. Build relationships with colleges, training institutes, and recruitment partners. 👥 Team LeadershipLead and mentor recruitment executives or HR team members. Ensure smooth coordination across all hiring stages. 🎯 Key Skills & RequirementsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field. 4–8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.). Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
