Role Overview This is not a desk job — it’s a mission-critical execution role . You will act as an internal consultant, project manager, and transformation leader — diagnosing inefficiencies, implementing improvement programs, and ensuring that every strategic initiative translates into measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Transformation & Consulting Work closely with Consulting Agency to design & implement best practices Design and implement operational excellence programs (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, OEE improvement, etc.).
