Role Overview

Head – Strategy & Transformation

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Direction:

   Translate business vision into actionable transformation strategies and measurable outcomes.

• Transformation Delivery:

   Lead end-to-end implementation of key initiatives across Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Sales, Digital, Finance and HR.

• Governance & PMO:

   Set up a robust review and governance system for tracking KPIs, initiatives, and impact realization.

• Capability Building:

   Mentor and guide a team of 5 transformation managers, developing in-house consulting capabilities.

• Operational Excellence:

   Institutionalize structured processes, dashboards, and performance monitoring mechanisms.

• Change Management:

   Drive people alignment, leadership engagement, and culture transformation programs.

• Stakeholder Management:

   Work closely with ansoim, CXOs, plant heads, and functional leaders to ensure alignment and ownership of transformation outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience (Must Have)

• Education:

   B.E./B.Tech + MBA (Tier 1 institute only)

• Experience:

   10+ years in 

  manufacturing consulting

   or 

  transformation leadership roles

• Proven expertise in Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies
• Exposure to finance, digital transformation, KPI frameworks, and performance management systems
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership
