• Diagnose process gaps across production, planning, procurement, logistics, and quality.
• Design and implementLean, TPM, and supply chain optimization frameworks.
• Develop KPI dashboards, governance systems, and review mechanisms.
• Facilitate change management and capability building at all levels.
• Deliver measurable improvements in cost, lead time, and efficiency.

• Minimum

  yearsof experience inmanufacturing transformation / supply chain consulting.
• Education:B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent); MBA preferred.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or related improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel across client locations (India & overseas).
