Job Description

For one of our esteemed client where we are doing a manufacturing transformation project.

They are looking for an immediate recruitment manager.

Role Description

The Recruitment Manager will oversee the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members to meet organizational staffing needs.

Qualifications

Experience Required 8 to 10 years

Strong expertise in Recruitment Lifecycle Management, Sourcing, and Talent Acquisition
Proficiency in Employer Branding, Networking, and Relationship Building
Experience with Interviewing, Candidate Assessment, and Onboarding Processes
Exceptional communication, decision-making, and leadership skills
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus
Capability to manage multiple recruitment projects while meeting deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
