As we scale rapidly, we are looking for energetic recruiters who can support our expansion by hiring top-quality talent across technical and non-technical roles.

Role Overview

We are seeking driven and organized Recruiters/Talent Acquisition Executives to manage full-cycle recruitment for Scorpiosys. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, coordination, and stakeholder management, with the ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, internal database, and referrals.
  • Screen profiles based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess fit, experience, and expectations.

2. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and track feedback.
  • Manage interview logistics for onsite and online rounds.
  • Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.

3. Offer Management

  • Coordinate offer rollouts, negotiations, and acceptance.
  • Maintain transparency on compensation expectations and role clarity.
  • Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities.

4. Pipeline & Tracker Management

  • Maintain recruitment trackers for daily/weekly updates.
  • Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.
  • Maintain candidate data and ensure compliance with company processes.

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with delivery, HR, and leadership teams to understand job requirements.
  • Provide regular hiring updates and insights to hiring managers.
  • Understand project urgency and prioritize roles accordingly.

6. Branding & Communication

  • Post job ads across platforms and promote Scorpiosys as an employer of choice.
  • Support employer branding activities through social media and events.
  • Represent Scorpiosys with professionalism during candidate interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (HR/Management preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume hiring and work under deadlines.
  • Knowledge of IT recruitment (Salesforce, Java, Cloud, AI, etc.) will be an added advantage.
