Job Description

  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle - from job posting to onboarding.
  • Understand job requirements by coordinating with department heads and hiring managers.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and campus drives.
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews (telephonic/ video/in-person).
  • Schedule interviews and manage coordination between candidates and hiring panels.
  • Maintain a candidate database and recruitment tracker for reporting purposes.
  • Negotiate salary packages and assist in offer letter preparation.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with the HR team for onboarding and induction activities.
  • Stay updated with market trends, talent availability, and hiring best practices.
