Develop and execute area-wise sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Identify new business opportunities, expand distribution channels, and strengthen market penetration. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, retailers, and distributors. Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and availability across the territory. Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Manage and motivate on-ground sales executives to ensure high productivity. Conduct training sessions for retail staff and channel partners on product knowledge and promotions.
