About the Role:

Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Intern

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or final-year students who aspire to build a long-term career in HR and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage candidate communication and interview scheduling
• Maintain recruitment databases and generate weekly reports
• Support the HR team in employer branding and onboarding activities
• Learn and apply best practices in recruitment and candidate experience

Who Can Apply:

• Recent graduate or final-year student (any stream) with a strong interest in HR & Recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong learning attitude and a willingness to take initiative
• Strong understanding of MS Office and internet research
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
