Job Role As a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. You will play a crucial role in building a high-performing workforce by identifying candidates who align with our company values and goals. Key Responsibilities Source and identify potential candidates using multiple channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn hiring . Create and manage engaging job postings across job portals and social media platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing necessary candidate insights. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers / placement officers to understand specific role requirements and design customized hiring strategies. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Must-Have Skills & Qualifications Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Recruiter in BPO industry. Highly active on LinkedIn , with expertise in leveraging the platform for sourcing and engaging candidates. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and modern hiring tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Experience in conducting campus interviews and walk in recruitment drives will be an added advantage Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously is a must have skill. Should have a proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented approach to work. Experience of hiring for diverse roles & position.
