Role Overview: As a Recruiter at RMX Industries, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle to ensure timely and quality hiring of talent across departments. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with hiring managers, maintaining recruitment databases, conducting interviews, and driving employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring efficient and effective hiring processes. - Maintain Turnaround Time (TAT) for the closure of open positions to meet staffing needs promptly. - Keep the hiring database updated for quick Management Information System (MIS) and report generation. - Conduct 30-60-90-day review follow-ups with new hires to evaluate integration and satisfaction levels. - Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new joiners, ensuring a seamless induction process. - Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create job descriptions accordingly. - Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals. - Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate final interview rounds efficiently. - Manage background verifications and oversee pre/post joining formalities for new hires. - Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment. - Plan and execute training programs aligned with the annual calendar and departmental requirements. - Prepare and maintain recruitment and training-related reports and dashboards. - Stay abreast of industry hiring trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-functional environment. - Proficiency in recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and social media hiring techniques. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders. - Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple job openings simultaneously. - Organizational and time management capabilities to ensure smooth recruitment processes. - Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in recruitment activities.
