Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth:


  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the 

    Maharashtra

     region.
  • Implement initiatives to drive sales volume, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion

Key Account Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Understand the unique needs of key customers and provide solutions that add value to their businesses.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly to maintain long-term partnerships.

Distributor Management & Onboarding:


  • Identify and evaluate potential distributors to expand market reach.
  • Effectively onboard new distributors, providing training and support as needed.

Lead Generation:


  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to increase the customer base.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement targeted campaigns.
  • Analyze lead conversion metrics and optimize strategies for improved results.

Team Leadership


  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Provide coaching and training to enhance the skills and performance of team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.


Skills and Experience:


  • Post graduate degree in IHM or Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience, 5+ years in sales management with a background in Hospitality or HoReCa Industry.

  • Worked with Kitchen OEM or Manufacturer or Kitchen Equipment suppliers.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
