Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Bhopal. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, maintaining relationships with Doctors , Retailers, and leading a team of Medical representatives. The role includes tracking sales performance, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring targets are met. Regular reporting and coordination with the sales leadership team are also expected. Qualifications Proven skills in sales management, and team leadership in Pharma Strong understanding of market trends, data analysis, and strategic planning Expertise in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required
