Monitor and report on key KPIs : OTIF (On-Time In Full), production efficiency, inventory turns, and WIP levels. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry quality standards. Use ERP systems to manage planning and scheduling activities. Lead daily production meetings and communicate timelines, priorities, and constraints clearly.
