Role Description

The Health Insurance Advisor at Star Health & Allied Insurance will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and promoting health insurance solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jalandhar I. Responsibilities include providing expert advice on health insurance policies, assisting customers in choosing suitable plans, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and promoting health and wellness initiatives. The role also involves providing training and support to customers, contributing to health promotion activities, and ensuring seamless customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
• Experience or skills in Training and Health Promotion to educate clients on insurance policies and promote awareness about health benefits.
• Knowledge and interest in Wellness practices to support health-related initiatives and advise clients on maintaining well-being.
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Previous experience in insurance, sales, or healthcare sectors is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
