Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Professional Development Program (PDP) Trainer located in Jalandhar I. The PDP Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training modules focused on personality development, soft skills, communication, and career readiness. Responsibilities include conducting interactive sessions, identifying individual student needs, providing feedback, and preparing students for interviews, presentations, and professional scenarios. The Trainer will ensure an engaging learning environment to help students gain confidence and improve employability.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Personality Development, Communication Skills, and Soft Skills Training
• Experience in developing and delivering interactive training modules and workshops
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to assess individual student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Strong organizational, time management, and mentoring abilities
• Proficiency in using technology tools for delivering training sessions
• Relevant experience in education or career development roles is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field such as Education, Communication, or Psychology
