Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PDP (Personality Development Program) Trainer based in Jalandhar. The PDP Trainer will be responsible for delivering soft skills and personality development training, enhancing students’ communication and interpersonal skills, and preparing them for professional environments. This role involves conducting workshops, interactive sessions, and activities that foster personal growth and boost confidence among learners.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Soft Skills, Personality Development, and Communication Skills
• Capability to design and deliver engaging, interactive training sessions
• Strong public speaking, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Flexibility to adapt to diverse student needs and skill levels
• Relevant certifications in corporate or personality development training are a plus
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related fields
• Prior experience as a trainer or educator, preferably
