Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PDP Trainer, located in Jalandhar. The PDP Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs aimed at personal and professional development of students. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, conducting workshops and seminars, assessing student progress, and providing feedback for continuous improvement. The trainer will also collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate development programs into the academic curriculum.

Qualifications

Experience in Personal Development and Professional Training
Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
Ability to develop and implement training programs
Experience in mentoring and coaching students
Knowledge in behavioral skills and soft skills training
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
