Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PDP (Personal Development Program) Trainer located in Jalandhar I. The PDP Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs aimed at enhancing students' personal and professional development. Duties include preparing training materials, conducting workshops and seminars, coaching students on soft skills, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs. The trainer will also collaborate with faculty members to ensure the integration of PDP sessions with the academic curriculum.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
