Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for PDP Trainer. The PDP Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, conducting Personality Development, Communication Development, Placement Preparatory and Verbal Ability Training. The trainer will be directly engaged in developing students'. careers by imparting result oriented Trainings and also create content taking into account adult learning pedagogies The position requires a hands-on approach and is an on-site role in Greater Noida .

Qualifications & experience

• Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills
• Excellent command on written and spoken English
• Ability to design and customize content
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education /English / Linguistics /Psychology Human Resources, or related field
• 2-10 years of experience as a Soft Skills/VAT/Communication/Placement Preparatory Trainer in a University / College/ Corporate set up.
• Sound working knowledge of MS Office and other relevant tools.
