Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans aligned with company goals
• Lead and manage the sales and marketing team
• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional activities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and budgets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5–8 years of experience in sales and marketing in Publishing field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful campaigns Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Revenue growth percentage
• Customer acquisition and retention rates
• ROI on marketing campaigns
• Team performance and productivity
