Job Location: Gorakhpur, Kanpur, Ghaziabad, Jaipur, Bhubneshwar, Patna

Responsible for profitable sales volume (primary/secondary) for Battery through Channel partners.

Role & Responsibilities

• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume (primary/secondary).
• Identify business opportunities in assigned geography in consideration of new channel and portfolio mix.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet sales targets and profitability within the allocated region.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential stakeholders in the value chain, e.g. channel partners/distributors, retailers, end consumers.
• Coordinate with the concerned team to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
• Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
• Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills

• Should have relevant experience of 7+ Years.
• Should be from Battery (Automotive/Inverter) industry preferably.
• Have geographical knowledge of the territory.
• Proven track record on Distribution appointment, Channel Networking, distribution management.
• Should have strong product knowledge.
• Good communication skills & team handling skills
