Production Management

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Optimize production schedules, labor utilization, and resource allocation.
• Monitor production metrics and ensure adherence to quality, cost, and efficiency standards.

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage a team of supervisors, operators, and technicians to achieve production goals.
• Train, motivate, and mentor team members to enhance skills and productivity.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control team to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance practices to minimize defects and rework

Process Improvement

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
• Utilize lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to streamline operations.
• Oversee equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure a safe and compliant working environment by adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions for staff.
• Monitor and manage waste reduction and sustainability efforts.

Inventory and Resource Management

• Manage raw materials and inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of resources.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Master s degree in Operations Management or a related discipline (preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in production management, preferably in an automotive lubricant manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and achieving production targets.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
• Expertise in production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and production software.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
