Job Description

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and maintain data related to inventory, sales, procurement, and logistics.
  • Develop and generate regular MIS reports for management decision-making.

System Optimization:

  • Manage and optimize ERP systems or inventory management software used in the organization.
  • Ensure smooth data flow between different departments (sales, purchase, inventory, etc.).

Sales Inventory Monitoring:

  • Track stock levels, reorder levels, and stock discrepancies.
  • Generate reports on slow-moving and fast-moving items.

Sales & Purchase Analytics:

  • Prepare sales trend analysis and performance reports for auto spare parts/battery/Lubricants
  • Analyze procurement patterns and suggest improvements.

Data Accuracy & Integrity:

  • Perform regular data audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Work closely with teams to resolve data discrepancies.

Support Functions:

  • Assist management in creating forecasts and budgeting based on past data.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and insights as per business needs.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain proper documentation for data and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Training & Coordination:

  • Train team members on using MIS tools and generating reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for system enhancements or troubleshooting.

Skills and Knowledge

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel (advanced level).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or other database tools is preferred.
Relevant Experience:
  • 2-4 years of experience in MIS or a similar role, preferably in the auto spare parts or automotive industry.
  • Must have working exposure of after market industry

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle large data sets.
  • Knowledge of the auto spare parts industry is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand the opportunities for date review.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
