Collect, analyze, and maintain data related to inventory, sales, procurement, and logistics.
Develop and generate regular MIS reports for management decision-making.

System Optimization:

Manage and optimize ERP systems or inventory management software used in the organization.
Ensure smooth data flow between different departments (sales, purchase, inventory, etc.).

Sales Inventory Monitoring:

Track stock levels, reorder levels, and stock discrepancies.
Generate reports on slow-moving and fast-moving items.

Sales & Purchase Analytics:

Prepare sales trend analysis and performance reports for auto spare parts/battery/Lubricants
Analyze procurement patterns and suggest improvements.

Data Accuracy & Integrity:

Perform regular data audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Work closely with teams to resolve data discrepancies.

Support Functions:

Assist management in creating forecasts and budgeting based on past data.
Provide ad-hoc reports and insights as per business needs.

Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain proper documentation for data and reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Training & Coordination:

Train team members on using MIS tools and generating reports.
Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for system enhancements or troubleshooting.

Skills and Knowledge

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel (advanced level).
Basic knowledge of SQL or other database tools is preferred.

Relevant Experience:

2-4 years of experience in MIS or a similar role, preferably in the auto spare parts or automotive industry.
Must have working exposure of after market industry
