MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data reporting, system coordination, and performance tracking for our building materials operations. The role involves preparing accurate MIS reports, supporting management with insights, and ensuring data integrity across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Collect, compile, and analyze data from sales, production, inventory, and operations teams.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
• Develop dashboards and performance trackers using Excel or MIS tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate data and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain databases, records, and documentation as per company standards.
• Support management in decision-making through data analysis and insights.
• Ensure confidentiality and data security at all times.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Good understanding of MIS reporting and data analysis.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent preferred).
• Relevant certification in MIS or data management is a plus.
