Company Secretary

We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary (CS) to join our team in Amritsar. If you're well-versed in corporate laws, compliance, and governance, and are looking to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements.

Manage board meetings, AGMs, and prepare minutes and resolutions.

Handle ROC filings, annual returns, and maintain statutory records.

Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely reporting.

Assist in legal and secretarial matters as needed.

Requirements:

Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI).

2-3 years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of corporate laws and governance.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Based in or willing to relocate to Amritsar.
