About Us:

Job Responsibilities:

Compliance Management:
Assist in ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act.
Filing and Documentation:
Prepare and file necessary documents, forms, and returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) website, RBI and CIC reporting and compliance.
Board Meetings:
Assist in organizing board meetings, preparing agendas, and drafting minutes.
Legal Advisory:
Provide assistance in legal advisory functions and ensure the company's legal documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Records Maintenance:
Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
Stakeholder Communication:
Handle correspondence with stakeholders and regulatory authorities as required.
Miscellaneous:
Perform other duties as assigned by the senior management.

Requirements:

Holding a valid Company Secretary membership number.
Familiarity with the Companies Act, MCA and RBI website operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
