Role Description

We're scaling our Direct-to-Cinaumer business across global markets and looking for experienced D2C Managers (2 Positions) to join our team. The role for D2C Managers (USA & Middle East) involves overseeing direct-to-consumer sales operations and strategies. Responsibilities include managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing e-commerce platforms, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience. The D2C Manager will also be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, implementing best practices, and ensuring customer satisfaction in both the USA and Middle East markets.

Qualifications

3-4 Year extensive experience in respective markets.
Strong experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management
Hands-on experience with Amazon, Noon, Walmart, eBay etc.
Proficient in market analysis and trend identification
Excellent project management and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and drive the role of scaling sales in respective regions.
Experience with sales strategies and target setting
Understanding of the USA and Middle East markets
