Role Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive operations team member to manage centralized e-commerce operations across multiple platforms. This person will coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely dispatches, inventory accuracy, and smooth order-to-cash cycles. The role requires strong ownership mindset, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with OMS/WMS (e.g. Unicommerce), Amazon Vendor Central, quick-commerce B2B models (Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart), and returns/payment reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Coordination & Dispatch Management
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for daily order picking, packing, and dispatch planning.
- Ensure accurate gate pass/ sale order creation, inventory movement, and checks using Unicommerce (or similar OMS/WMS).
- Track and monitor dispatch SLAs, and work with warehouse & logistics teams to resolve delays.
- Conduct cycle counts, periodic inventory audits, and reconcile physical stock with system inventory.
Logistics & Delivery Coordination
- Liaise with logistics providers / 3PLs to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments, monitor PODs (proof of delivery), and actively manage escalations.
- Analyze logistics performance (delivery times, cost, reliability) and suggest process improvements.
Amazon Vendor Central Operations
- Manage Amazon Vendor Central operations: appointment booking, ASN / PO fulfillment, and vendor shipments.
- Create and reconcile invoices on Vendor Central.
- Monitor Amazon KPIs (OTIF, chargebacks, defects) and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
Quick Commerce (B2B) Operations
- Oversee operations for Q-commerce B2B partners (Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, etc.).
- Ensure real-time inventory updates, accurate listings, and order acceptance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet partner SLAs and maintain high service quality.
Returns & Payment Reconciliation
- Handle customer returns and RTO (return-to-origin) operations: track inbound returns, reason codes, and stock disposition.
- Reconcile payments and refunds with finance teams and e-commerce platforms.
- Generate reports on return rates, payment discrepancies, and financial adjustments.
Inventory Management
- Maintain centralized inventory visibility across platforms and warehouses.
- Perform stock reconciliation using OMS/WMS systems, identify mismatches, and drive corrective actions.
- Forecast inventory needs in coordination with demand planning / supply chain teams to avoid stock-outs or overstock.
Catalog & Listing Management
- Assist in listing creation and catalogue maintenance across e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with marketing/product teams to update product information, images, and SKUs.
- Work with content or catalog teams to ensure correct categorization, pricing, and promotions.
Process Improvement & Ownership
- Drive continuous improvement in operations through SOP creation, process audits, and feedback loops.
- Establish key operational metrics (KPIs) — e.g., dispatch accuracy, inventory variance, returns rate, invoice errors.
- Take ownership of end-to-end operations and be proactive in identifying and solving bottlenecks.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain MIS / dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly operations metrics.
- Use Excel to analyze performance trends, highlight risks, and propose actionable improvements.
Qualifications / Skills
Education
: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience
: 1-years (or relevant level) in e-commerce operations, with hands-on experience in OMS / WMS, especially Unicommerce or similar.Platform Knowledge

Working Conditions
- Fast-paced, cross-functional role requiring frequent collaboration with warehouse, finance, supply chain, and platform teams.

- High responsibility: expected to take full ownership of the end-to-end operations processes.
