Role Overview: As a Project Manager at Tru, you will be responsible for comprehensive project management and strategic planning, ensuring alignment of project objectives with organizational goals. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, creating detailed project documentation, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Risk management, stakeholder communication, resource management, quality assurance, and timeline management are key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute project plans aligned with organizational goals. - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Translate project deliverables into detailed tasks for effective team execution. - Represent delivery aspects in a client-facing capacity. - Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to foster a results-driven culture. - Identify and assess risks associated with project delivery. - Develop mitigation plans to address potential challenges. - Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Communicate project progress, challenges, and resolutions in a timely manner. - Coordinate with resource managers for personnel allocation and monitor project budgets. - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. - Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree is a plus. - 4+ years of enterprise project management experience, preferably in a technology agency setting. - Expertise in scoping, pricing, and timeline development for projects. - Experience delivering various project types and deliverables. - Familiarity with working in consumer packaged goods, retail, finance, and loyalty industries. - Knowledge of enterprise CMS and DXP systems like Salesforce, Contentful, and Adobe products. - Understanding of project management methodologies and tools like Agile, Scrum, MS Project. - Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving mindset with proactive risk mitigation approach. - Financial acumen to manage project budgets efficiently. - Relevant certifications such as PMP or CAPM are highly desirable.
