The candidate will handle project planning, fibre rollout, equipment delivery, network migration, routing & switching activities, and customer service delivery, ensuring timely and successful completion. Key Responsibilities - Project Coordination Coordinate day-to-day activities for network rollout and upgrade projects (Fiber, Broadband, MPLS, Internet Leased Line, WAN, etc.). Track provisioning, installation, commissioning, and testing of telecom circuits. Maintain trackers for link delivery, site readiness, vendor work status, and implementation schedules. Liaise with internal teams: NOC, field engineers, L2/L3 networking, provisioning, and service delivery teams. Project Management Plan, manage, and deliver small to medium-scale network projects independently. Prepare project scope, timelines, task breakdown, resource allocation, and risk assessment. Ensure end-to-end execution of routing & switching deployments (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, etc.). Manage network migration, change control, and customer approvals. Handle escalations, SLA compliance, and customer communication. Stakeholder & Vendor Handling Coordinate with OEMs, telecom vendors, fiber contractors, and local authorities for site permissions. Conduct weekly project review calls with clients and internal teams. Track purchase orders, material delivery (routers, switches, SFPs, fiber cables), and logistics. Documentation & Reporting Prepare project reports, MOMs, project plans, status dashboards, and risk logs. Maintain installation documents (AT, BOQ, HLD/LLD, as-built documentation). Use PM tools: MS Project, Excel, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar systems. Technical Knowledge (Preferred) Telecom and ISP services: MPLS, SD-WAN, ILL, Broadband, PRI, VoIP, VPN, Dark Fiber, DIA. Networking protocols: TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, STP, QoS, NAT, IPv6.
