We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with technical know-how to ensure seamless project execution, effective communication, and timely delivery all while maintaining alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.

Education

A Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field.
An MBA will be an added advantage.
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred.

Technical skills

Technical Understanding of SDLC, APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with Tools: JIRA, Confluence, GitHub

Basic Knowledge of:

Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks
Backend: Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET
Databases: MySQL, MongoDB
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concept

What you will do

Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure across cross-functional teams.
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring resource optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, QA, etc.) to drive project success.
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks in the project lifecycle.
Track and report progress using tools like tools such as Jira
Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and clients through regular updates.
Ensure adherence to organizational processes, documentation, and quality standards.
Support and mentor junior team members and foster a culture of accountability and ownership.
Work with a little overlap with US/ UK clients as per project requirements
