Job Summary:

The purpose of this role is to coordinate and manage the entire project activities at the site

Main Duties and Responsibilities: Project Management

• Develop and build excellent relationships with Clients/ PMC/ A& D.
• Conceptualise, develop a project plan, and establish clear ownership for project tasks. Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of project objectives.
• Control project schedule, cost, and performance risks and

  ensure timely completion

• Track progress and review project tasks to ensure deadlines are met appropriately. Ensure complete documentation at the site.
• Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer goals. Ensure proactive communication of project status, issues & risks to management.
• Envisage the resource requirement as per the current and future workload and plan for the manpower accordingly – own and contractor.
• Ensure timely MIS and coordination with the stakeholders.
• Ensure productivity improvement is delivered in every upcoming project.
• Ensuring compliance with all the SOPs.
• Ensure the appropriate and timely release of payments to the contractors.
• Hand over the Project to the Client through a joint inspection process in satisfactory condition.
• Evaluate the client satisfaction index and work on the improvement.
• Creating value through Reconfiguration jobs.

• Ability to coordinate with various agencies involved in the execution; communicate properly with all the agencies for work permits & day-to-day site executions.

Work Experience and Skills:

• 7 years + of experience, preferably in the project management field.
• Exposure in technical Installation is desirable.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Projects

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in mechanical/ civil engineering from a reputed institute or REC
