Job Summary:

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Order Management Professional

Must-Have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Key Responsibilities:

·       Order Management:

·       Receive and process customer orders in the ERP system.

·       Verify accuracy of pricing, delivery terms, product codes, taxes, and schedules.

·       Coordinate with production, planning, and inventory for timely execution.

·       Documentation & Technical Submissions:

·       Maintain organized documentation for orders, contracts, and dispatches.

·       Coordinate with design/engineering teams to collect and submit technical documents (e.g., drawings, datasheets, QAPs).

·       Track submission dates, approvals, and customer responses.

·       Communication & Letter Drafting:

·       Draft professional letters and emails for customer correspondence, clarifications, time extension requests, contract amendments, and follow-ups.

·       Ensure high standards in written communication—clear, concise, and grammatically correct.

·       Act as a communication link between clients and internal departments.

·       Customer Coordination & Payment Follow-up:

·       Communicate order status, delays, and delivery schedules to clients in both English and Hindi

receivables and pending payments

·       Support the finance team with billing documentation and payment reconciliations.

Dispatch & Delivery Coordination:

·       Coordinate with stores/logistics for on-time dispatch.

·       Ensure accuracy and compliance in dispatch documents (invoices, packing list, e-way bills, etc.).

·       Reporting:

·       Maintain dashboards for open orders, document status, dispatch timelines, and receivables.

·       Share regular MIS reports with management.

·       Travel:

·       Willingness to travel for customer meetings, dispatch follow-ups, or project-related coordination (as needed).

Required Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Commerce or related field.

·       3–7 years of relevant experience in sales order processing/documentation in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

·       Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) – Mandatory

·       Ability to speak in Hindi – Mandatory

·       Strong business letter/email drafting skills – Mandatory

·       ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and good proficiency in MS Excel/Word.
