Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. The Personal Assistant will manage scheduling and diary management, handle communication on behalf of the Managing Director, and make travel arrangements. The role also involves providing executive administrative assistance, organizing meetings, and maintaining confidential records.

Qualifications

• Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance
• Proficiency in Diary Management and making Travel Arrangements
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Discretion and understanding of confidentiality
• Proven experience as a personal assistant or relevant role is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
