Project Execution Manager

As a Project Manager at our company in Mohali / Chandigarh, India, you will play a crucial role in overseeing solar projects from contract initiation to completion during U.S. nighttime hours (9:30 PM - 6:30 AM IST). Your active involvement will be essential in ensuring the smooth progression of 20-30 projects simultaneously, collaborating with various departments such as sales, operations, permitting, installation, and post-ops to maintain efficiency and adherence to schedules. Key Responsibilities: - Manage 20-30 active projects, overseeing every step from contract to completion - Drive progress by identifying and resolving roadblocks promptly - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless project delivery process - Maintain strong communication with U.S.-facing stakeholders through effective written and verbal English skills - Prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with competing deadlines - Anticipate potential issues and proactively address them to prevent delays - Uphold a sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through in all project-related tasks - Stay composed under pressure while maintaining a professional and consistent communication approach - Preferably, collaborate with U.S. or international teams to enhance project efficiency Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or operations, preferably in solar, construction, or SaaS industries - Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume projects with competing deadlines effectively - Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, for U.S.-facing coordination - Excellent coordination, multitasking, and prioritization abilities - High comprehension skills and problem-solving abilities to foresee issues and take proactive measures - Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through in all assigned tasks - Experience in working with U.S. or international teams is advantageous In this role, your success will be measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics, including: - Ensuring 95%+ on-time project progression at all stages - Maintaining zero idle projects in the pipeline beyond the Service Level Agreement (SLA) - Providing accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) documentation for 100% of your assigned projects - Timely identification and resolution of any blockers that may arise during project execution - Enhancing project completion timelines and reducing bottlenecks to improve overall efficiency and productivity,
