Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GBEs to capture and define program requirements effectively, ensuring alignment with GDM (Global Design Model) ,business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee the development, testing, deployment, and adoption phases of Teamcenter, Polarion/DRIM and Rule Stream, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Drive program schedules by establishing clear timelines and milestones, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Identify potential risks throughout the program lifecycle, conducting risk assessments and implementing proactive mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
- Foster adoption of new processes and tools within the organization by developing training materials, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support to users.
- Engage with Enterprise IT (EIT), IT Business Partners (ITBP) and GBEs to ensure program success, facilitating communication and collaboration to address challenges and optimize performance.
- Monitor and ensure productivity is realized as per the established plan by analyzing performance metrics, providing feedback, and implementing process improvements as needed.
- Prepare and present regular program updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations for future initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical requirements into actionable plans and ensuring alignment across all parties.

- Effective risk management and mitigation: This KPI evaluates the program's success in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact project outcomes. It involves maintaining a risk register, implementing mitigation strategies, and monitoring the effectiveness of these strategies throughout the program lifecycle. A high score in this KPI reflects proactive management and resilience in the face of challenges.
- Level of adoption of Teamcenter and Rule Stream across teams: This KPI assesses how well the new tools and processes are being integrated into daily operations. It includes measuring user engagement, feedback, and the extent to which teams are utilizing these systems effectively. High adoption rates indicate successful management and training efforts.
- Successful collaboration with EIT and GBEs to drive program outcomes: This KPI focuses on the quality and effectiveness of collaboration between the program team, Engineering Integration Teams, and Global Business Entities. It measures the ability to work together towards common goals, resolve conflicts, and leverage diverse expertise to enhance program success. Positive feedback from stakeholders can be a key indicator of success in this area.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in program management: Proven experience in managing complex programs, ideally within engineering or technology sectors, demonstrating a strong understanding of project lifecycles and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of Teamcenter and Rule Stream: In-depth familiarity with these tools, including their functionalities, best practices, and how they can be leveraged to enhance program outcomes and efficiency.
- Proven track record of managing complex programs and driving successful outcomes: Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring that objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Ability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies: Experience in conducting risk assessments, developing contingency plans, and proactively addressing potential issues to minimize impact on program success.
