Job Description

We re looking for a Program Manager, Agile Delivery to help drive execution for our Data and Enterprise Business Systems teams. In this role, youll lead Agile processes, manage team backlogs, and help connect business priorities to delivery outcomes ensuring our data and systems initiatives stay on track and aligned to strategic goals.

This position is perfect for someone with strong project management skills, Agile experience, and a collaborative mindset. You don t need to be deeply technical but you re comfortable working with data and engineering teams, and youre curious about how data supports decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Team Leadership & Project Management

Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to support effective team delivery.

Maintain and prioritize backlogs in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Track team progress, manage timelines, and help identify and resolve delivery roadblocks.

Promote continuous improvement by supporting team retrospectives and process optimizations.

Cross-Functional Execution & Communication

Partner closely with data, systems, and business teams to ensure initiatives are clearly defined, scoped, and aligned with business goals.

Translate business needs into actionable plans that technical teams can execute.

Report on team progress, key milestones, and delivery metrics to stakeholders.

Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and risks, supporting clear and timely communication across functions.

Stakeholder Alignment & Initiative Support

Support the delivery of data, reporting, and enterprise systems initiatives by keeping efforts focused, well-documented, and organized.

Bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives, ensuring priorities are aligned and resources are coordinated.

Help foster a shared understanding between teams whether they re focused on data engineering, reporting tools, or business applications.
