Program Manager

At Solarsure, we’re driving India’s clean energy revolution through 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭, 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲. As we expand our reach across the renewable energy landscape, we’re looking for a 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 (𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠) to lead integrated marketing programs that generate leads, build brand awareness, and ensure consistent communication across all channels.

💼 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing programs (digital, offline, events, and partnerships).

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for lead generation, exhibitions, and branding campaigns.

• Manage timelines, budgets, and performance KPIs across all marketing functions.

• Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams to ensure brand consistency.

• Drive automation and process efficiency across CRM, WhatsApp, and lead tracking systems.

• Analyze campaign data, derive insights, and prepare performance dashboards.

🧠 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

• 3–6 years of experience in marketing program or project management (preferably in renewable energy or tech-driven industries).

• Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Asana/Trello, CRM tools, and dashboards.

Experience in solar/renewable energy marketing, lead funnel management, data-driven campaign tracking, and creative execution.
