Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Engineer located in Madhya Pradesh, India. The Field Engineer will be responsible for conducting site surveys, overseeing the design and installation of solar energy systems, maintaining and troubleshooting solar installations, and providing technical support onsite. Additionally, the Field Engineer will coordinate with various teams to ensure the project milestones are met and comply with safety and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with solar energy system design, installation, and maintenance
• Proficiency in conducting site surveys and using related software
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in an on-site environment under varying conditions
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in the solar energy industry is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
