Job Description Program Manager (Automotive Industry) Position Title: Program Dept Manager/Manager Experience Required: 8+ years Package: 10-12 LPA Preferred Industry Background: Rubber, Plastic, Sheet Metal (Automotive or Tier-1 suppliers) Location: [Sanand /Viramgam] Reports To: [ Plant Head] Key Responsibilities : Program Management & Delivery Lead end-to-end program execution (APQP/PPAP, SOP to EOP) for automotive components. Manage program budgets, and resources to achieve customer and business goals. Act as the single point of contact for customers on program status, risks, and issues. Customer & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and Tier-1 customers. Coordinate with internal functions (Design, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure seamless program execution. Manage change requests, contract reviews, and customer communications. Continuous Improvement Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions. Skill Strong knowledge of automotive program management tools (MS Project, SAP/ERP, PLM systems). Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing skills. Strong leadership, communication.
